At our studio, we offer 2 types of Pilates class – 1. Pilates class for everyone, 2. Pilates class for dancers.
Pilates class for everyone will allow you to correct your body alignment, and improve core strength and balance. Those of you who goes to the gym to workout and experience pain or pressure on your body, you will finally understand why!
Pilates class for dancers will help dancers improve flexibility and range of motion in their movement, and feel more in control when dancing.
Overall, our studio focuses on improving body movement and establishing body awareness. Our Pilates class will truly teach you how to train your mind and build coordination in the body.
