Mongoose Bodyworks offers
Pilates sessions in Soho, in a tranquil and focused setting. All levels are welcome. Sessions are 55 minutes and are taught on both the equipment and the mat. The studio is dedicated to teaching students a deeper understanding of the body. We focus on using the mind to create deep physical changes in our bodies. Our goals are also embodied in our namesake the mongoose. Mongooses are known for their flexibility, strength and intelligence. Mongoose Bodyworks offers a variety of ways to experience the Pilates Method.
